Kathleen Jordan joined Gensler in 1997 with a solid foundation in retail architecture and interior experience. Ms. Jordan has 33 years of experience, focused almost entirely on retail-related projects, working with national and international retail brands – and 23 of those years have been with Gensler. Her experience encompasses a broad range of project scope and scale. Having started her career as a part of an in-house retail design & construction staff, Kathleen’s background provides a unique perspective into the retail planning & design process through the lens of product merchandising. Kathleen’s expertise encompasses strategy, planning, merchandising, and design oversight, as well as managing project design implementation through the completion of construction.
